The newest version of Camera+ offers some powerful tools to take great shots with your iPhone. I’ve seen some breathtaking shots from budding iPhoneographers through our weekly photo contests.
In this video tutorial, I demo some creative ways you can use our new Camera features, Touch Focus and Touch Exposure, to take your iPhone photos to a whole new level. I can’t wait to see your photos!
Link me to any of your great shots on this post!

August 3, 2010 at 12:46 PMThe App is sweet I just got it! The info on your Blog+Vids are great but they are so cheesy, they sound like your the actor in a scripted infomercial but I know your the app dev. and pro photographer.
Keep it real like Gary: ( Gary is little extreme but, I know its the Authentic him!) http://bit.ly/dBU5ie

August 4, 2010 at 4:30 PMLisa, here’s a photo I took with Camera+ on my iPhone 4 of my 4 year old in some weird bird poop ridden cement play structure at a local park.

August 25, 2010 at 2:49 AMI’ve tried to search this app in the AppStore and I didn’t found it. Later I tried to look for taptaptap website, and I found that the app has been removed from the app store, and it’s supposed that they are working to solve the problem, but they don’t even update the Twitter account. It’s strange, I hope they solve the problem soon. I would like to buy this app!!

September 28, 2010 at 7:15 AMMs. Bettany,
I’d very much like to spend my two dollars to purchase Camera+ but it is not available in the Apple App Store and the TapTapTap website has been completely silent since the app was pulled from the App Store by Apple.
Might you be able to provide an update regarding the status of Camera+? Has it been resubmitted? Is TapTapTap still “alive” and attempting to resolve their issues with Apple?
Thank you.

September 28, 2010 at 10:33 PMThank you very much for the courtesy of a response. If you’re in contact with your colleagues at TapTapTap, you might encourage them to post something similar at their website. They have a lot of irrationally upset customers posting there who would likely be satisfied with a brief note similar to your reply to me.

October 13, 2010 at 5:38 PMLisa,
After looking at the photos taken using the app, I have wanted to purchase this app.
However, I cannot find this app on the US or Australian Apple iTunes stores.
Any idea as to what’s happening with the app?
Thanks.
Miriam
October 14, 2010 at 9:06 AMI am wondering when Camera+ back to apple store and offer the latest update. It’s been two months since Apple removed the app, and I haven’t seen any update for the further info.
Can you please update us on what is going on with Camera+?
Thank you!

November 1, 2010 at 6:30 AMSaw Lisa on yesterday’s This Week In Tech show (twit.tv). Leo said that she isn’t able to discuss the app at the present time. Seems they are still talking with Apple trying to work something out. Leo speculated that Apple didn’t like the fact that the app uses a hardware button(volume) to snap the picture.
So at the moment, Lisa is unable to discuss it.
Hope it gets resolved soon, I want the app too.

November 18, 2010 at 5:29 AMHi Lisa,
Will Camera+ ever be back in the iTunes store? I love this app and am so hopeful that there will be future updates.
All the best,

December 9, 2010 at 2:50 PMIf this were available for my Android phone, I’d get it in a minute. I bet Google wouldn’t gripe if you remapped their interface buttons! (hint, hint)
