Tony Scott is a visionary!

I just finished watching Deja Vu (2006) (Leading Man: Denzel). Tony Scott’s visionary filmmaking totally blew my mind again. The camera moves were so ridiculous… completely seamless. He just gets it. And it doesn’t hurt to have uber techy spy gear… tons of action… exploding things… smart & nerdy exposition (with drawings) about wormholes, branching time lines etc. and actual time travel to top off all the crazy technocool things in this amazing film.

Here are some Tony Scott must see films:

Man on Fire (2004)
Domino (2005)
Spy Game (2001)
Enemy of the State (1998)
Top Gun (1983)

That´s the kind of movies that make that Tony Scott is called “The fool brother of Riddley Scott”

In despite of it, I like True Romance, one of his first movies.

no way blagdaros! Tony Scott ain’t nobody’s fool! it actually hurts my feelings to hear someone speak ill of Tony.

While no one can deny the amazing accomplishments of Ridley, you have to give credit for pushing the intensity of filmmaking. hello jump cut! and seriously, that 360 helicopter shot in Spy Game of Redford and Brad on the top of that building is so super awesome…

Well, you are true, Spy Game is fine; but i don´t like him in general.

And however, i didn´t put him this nickname but i supose that must be hard for him to live behind the shadow of his brother.
