After my serious photographic journey post, (thanks for all your comments!) I thought I’d lighten things with a video of me screaming really loud on roller-coasters and being quite silly. This video was taken at Seaworld in the Gold Coast (Queensland) during my month long stay in Australia last December.
If you happen to be Down Under definitely check out Seaworld. As you can tell, I had a lot of fun. :P
I shot this on my Flip mino and was a bit disappointed with the quality. I amped the colour saturation and increased the black point in iMovie which helped a lot. As far as the Flip family goes, this is the weakest model. I suggest getting the Flip Mino HD. I shot my River Rafting vid on it and that footage came out great.
Want more? Check out my Robson St adventure where I encounter a strange balloon man and a plethora of cupcakes.
PS Sorry if I blew your ear drums out with my screeeeam!

When I go to SeaWorld all I see are fat people. How unfair.
Hi Lisa. I love your video… really cool and yes I’m really disappointed with the flip (Mino) video quality as well.. please Keep it up with your travel adventure videos, cool stuff :)… Bye
JC
Haha take out that “PS Sorry if…” at the bottom—you reunited my ears with a frequency my ears haven’t heard since the early times when my mom nicknamed my brother the “screecher creature”! :-P Awesome video… sure looked like fun.
Great video Lisa! I really must go visit my sister in Australia and sneak up to the Goldcoast sometime.
I also got stuck in that kind of air plane once. Someone had to pull me out, really embarrassing…
Nice video
You’re awesome Lisa. You have got to have the best job(s), niche, opportunities and attitude of any of those lucky enough to carve out a living in the digital journalism / netizin realm. Way to go.
Awesome video
