Kevin Rose Streaming Live on Qik from N95

Live streaming technology just got a whole lot cooler with Qik and Kevin Rose’s N95. Qik, in alpha, allows people to live stream from their phone and allows viewer to live chat.

Just moments ago, viewers got to take a ride with Kevin and Team verygreen’s Gary Vee where they talked about underrated social nets (pownce & vimeo were mentioned), sexy geeks (don’t forget about #9 AKA this girl right here), and received a quick call from Dr Tiki. Buffering and pixelated video aside, it was pretty awesome.

    I’m on ustream.tv as well. But not to stream, as that would frighten young children and cause the elderly to have the heebie-jeebies. I signed up to watch iJustine do her internet thing that she does so well. I may partake in other chats as well, now that I have an account.

    hi guys
    Thnks for the ustream stuff. Just this minute registered.Will look at ijustine at some point. Thats the only time i’ve done the streaming thing apart from BBC radio 1 (engish main radio station). If you like Russell brand he does a radio two show streamed(more details http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/brand/) Have you tryed lisa streaming the new dr who series that starts next month over in uk on the bbc1 iplayer http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/)dont know if it will work over in canada so might be worth going through a proxy site.
