Behind the scenes photographing Horseshoe Bend, Arizona

This is probably the most dangerous photo I’ve ever taken. I was perched on the side of a sheer cliff, my tripod barely gripping the side of the ledge.

I have no fear of heights, but a strong fear of my beloved camera tumbling to the rocky depths below. Thankfully there was no wind and I kept an iron grip on my tripod, so no such sad camera tumbling occurred. I think it was worth a bit of danger to capture this shot :)
