Quickly ran out and took this video with my 5DMKII as the Olympic Torch Relay came down my street. It was madness, but happy madness. I have never seen so many cameras in all my life. So many 70-200mms & pro cameras! Jealous.
I love the USA vs Canada shout off in the crowd.
Canada clearly won.

Nice video from that camera. I’m hoping to upgrade my 30D at some point to a 5D MkII. :) I have the 70-200 f/4 IS (the 2.8 was too heavy to lug around all the time & I get nice shots with the f/4).

USA! USA!
I took the kids out to watch the torch as they went through town last month. Way way awesome! Just watched the opening ceremonies on tv. I don’t usually feel this strongly patriotic, but man… I cried a couple times even… I remember when they were in Calgary (I live in southern Alberta) and I had forgotten how awesome it is having the Olympics here!
Looks like a cool place to visit.
I’m happy to see both Canada and the USA win medals!
As for who won the shouting contest in your video, it doesn’t matter. USA is leading with the most medals!
