Gordon Ramsay rules. He's harsh but he knows what he wants and will kick your ass until you deliver.

Peep Show and Phonejacker are about my favourite comedy shows on British TV. You should also check out That Mitchell and Webb Look and Black Books. Classics.

@Lisa: I doubt you have the bollocks to say them. I'd be chuffed if you did.

For some reason I thought it was actually funnier than the others. Maybe it was just because I hadn't seen Extras for a while, so it was fresh. Given it was the last episode they had to bring it to a conclusion as well, and I thought they did that well.

Steve Merchant (Darren Lamb) is the best character though.

Oh I've just realised why our views might differ. I saw a program where they explained how a lot of English jokes were swapped for American ones in the US version. But they were criticising how a lot of the conversions were really naff and didn't work. So if you saw the US version that might be why you didn't find it so funny.

@Mitchell -- fo. sho'.

@caddyshack -- not a 'worb' no. i changed it though. hope you feel satisfied with yourself. any snow pictures?

@James -- no really? you haaaaaave to admit, it wasn't nearly as funny as the others. and what was with that music? Stephan Merchant was the only bright light in that episode. he kept it light. after all, the show is all about having a laugh, no?

@RBeezy -- nice Ramsay quote. i really should write them down. carry them around with me on a notepad and just unleash Ramsay ziggers onto unsuspecting people. i think it would make me more popular? what do you think?

@ComposeAnalysis -- Cadbury's chocolate covered ones. i just bought a deluxe variety pack. though i was quite unsettled when they changed the name of the chocolate orange heart to "Artificially-flavoured Chocolate Hearts". ahh well, it's all the same once you dip it in tea.

haha gordon reminds me when I worked in a kitchen, except the chef wasnt as cool.
Sifjan is pretty good stuff, new to me. I am stuck on Bon Iver at the moment, great tunes.
My typing needs some work, I confess I am quilty of doing 'definetly' everytime.
What kind of biscuits?
Ah yes, you have influenced me to join lastfm. I have to wait till the building's internet speeds up some so I dont have to witness dial-up all over again.

1. I watched Kitchen Nightmares last night. my plonker isn't meant to be yanked.

2. Sufjan doesn't work for me. it's an all Jamiroquai retropective when I want to feel happy and productive. it's all el-p/non-phixion/(insert cosmic rapper here) when I want to feel amped up and productive.

3. Extras, The Office....yep, those are hilarious.

4. sold my Mac. working on PC. getting a new Mac. miss my old Mac. sigh.

5. e. e. cummings said it best: "may it not be tricksy."

6. I'll read part this later. I'm going through the same thing. I'm trying to decide if I want my new site to have a distinct theme/rhythm or if I just want the canvas to serve as a backdrop to my work. visiting sites like this: http://www.bryankatzel.com/ doesn't help.

Oh I thought the Extras Christmas special was good. Being an Englishman it is not too hard to find other who share my dry, sarcastic, self-deprivation awkward humour.
