I suffer too, from a severe social networks addiction. I used to spent all of my free time checking my profiles, see if there's anything new. Now I use <a href="http://www.8hands.com" rel="nofollow">8hands</a>, the social aggregator. It notifies me whenever I get a msg or a comment on FB,Flickr and Twitter. Oh, and it has the coolest Twitter feature- you can update twitter by changing your tag line, straight from your desktop. I think this aggregator supports some other social networks, don't remember really. Anyway. if you're addicted as you sound, I highly recommend you'll try it. Oh I love Lastfm!!
